Did you know that yoga can help you run injury free?  Yoga is the perfect activity to complement your run training.  It helps you achieve endurance, balance, flexibility and strength, enabling you to run strong all season!
 
In this workshop you will:
 
  • learn some techniques for mental balance & focus
  • practice pre-run yoga warmups
  • master some useful post run yoga stretches
  • examine some core strength exercises
  • learn how to counteract the effects of muscle tightness

Marjorie is a fabulous yoga teacher!! I was pretty much a beginner when I attended her classes. She did a very gentle class, explaining everything so well which made it easy for me to follow.
