Yoga for Runners – Two Hour Workshop

Mantra Yoga – (inspired by the Chopra Center and Agama Yoga)
Hatha – (Sivananada)
Ashtanga – (Pattabhi Jois)
Yoga for Stress Reduction – (self-developed)
Yoga Nidra – (Swami Satyananda Saraswati)
Yoga (including pranayama & mindfulness) for runners (self-developed)

Marjorie is a fabulous yoga teacher!! I was pretty much a beginner when I attended her classes. She did a very gentle class, explaining everything so well which made it easy for me to follow.
