IMG_5797Secrets of Meditation is a wonderful book by davidji, former dean of Chopra Center University.  This book provides the reader with information about the basics of meditation as well as details about a number of meditation styles.

I love this book Complete Ayurveda Workbook by Anne Selby partly because of the colorful and engaging way that it is displayed.  It promises to:  Help you bring your mind, body and spirit into harmonious balance, teach you about optimum foods, effective detox and perfect exercise, as well as assist you in achieving physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing … what more could we want?!



Copy (1) of IMG_5625One of my all-time favorite books is The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga by Deepak Chopra and David Simon.  One of the many things I like about this book is that it includes points about philosophy, meditation and breathing, as well as yoga practice.
